Melt in the middle chocolate pudding

This melt in the middle chocolate pudding is easy to make.

Ingredients
60g of Chocolate
60g of unsalted butter
1 Large egg
60g of caster sugar
60g of plain flour

Heat oven to 180 deg c, (160 deg c fan), Gas Mark 4

Whisk the egg and sugar

Break the chocolate into squares and melt it with the butter in a bowl over a saucepan of hot water. Take off the heat and leave to cool.

Butter 2 pudding tins.

Whisk the egg mixture into the cold chocolate.

Sift the flour over the mixture, then fold in. Divide between the 2 pudding tins.
